We want you to see and try all kinds of mechanical keyboards, switches, keycaps, stabs, etc … as well as to see and show the most careful and thought builds of the community. There are real wonders to show and we are sure that such an experience will be very enriching for everyone.

At the same time, we want to bring the most influential people in the hobby to tell us news about new products that are coming soon, about how to design a keyboard, a set of keycaps or how to make the renders that we see so often in the IC and Group Buys. For this, we will propose a series of interviews / conferences throughout the event.

On the other hand, we will try to have a great offer of vendors, makers and designers to show us their latest news, best selling products and to let us test the prototypes of new products that are coming out.

ROOM DISTRIBUTION

Here is the floor plan with the distribution of spaces. Attendees who want to expose their keyboards will have available a space of 50 x 50 cm. The tables will have a tablecloth so it is not necessary to bring a deskmat for it if you do not want to.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does my ticket entitle me to?

The ticket allows you to:

  • Access and re-access as many times as you need to the event.
  • Official ClackyFest merchandise gift that includes:
    • Official Meetup GMK Keycap
    • Lanyard
    • Keyboard Stand
  • Participation in all the raffles that will take place during the event.
  • New role in the Discord channel: Assistant

Can I bring keyboards?

Yes, please! This event is meant for the community to bring their keyboards, regardless of their exclusivity and value. We want you to share your little treasures.

Each attendee may bring as many keyboards as will fit in the 50 x 50 cm. space provided for each person.

If you consider that you have a large collection worth showing, please contact us through the official channels and we will try to exhibit your complete collection.

Can I attend if I don't have any custom mechanical keyboards yet but am interested in the hobby?

Of course! We will be happy to have you with us. That’s what the event is all about, bringing the hobby closer to the community and allowing us all to try out different keyboards.

Will there be cards where to put the specifications of the keyboards?

Yes, in fact, we would appreciate if attendees could bring them printed before the event. For this we leave you the link to download the template.

In case you can not bring them printed do not worry, at the event there will be cards to fill them out.

Is it possible to touch the keyboards and other products?

It depends on what their owners state on their specifications card.

  • If it does not state anything, the keyboard can be touched and lifted.
  • If it indicates that it can not be lifted, you can type on it.
  • If it indicates that it is neither touchable nor liftable, you can only look at it.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the premises.

Can I eat or drink inside the premises?

Food and beverages may only be consumed in the area set aside for this purpose on the premises.

The tickets are nominative. Can I access without an ID card proving who I am?

It will not be possible to access without presenting an identity document valid for the Spanish state. They are valid:

  • National identity card (DNI or ID Card)
  • Driver’s license
  • Passport

I am under 16 years old, can I attend?

Yes, as long as you are accompanied by your legal tutor.
