Terms and Conditions

In this document you will be able to find the rules of the event that every assistant will have to follow. This rules are OBLIGATORY, failure to follow them will be punished with an expulsion. This expulsion also implies you will be forbidden from future events organized by ClakyFest.

If any of these rules leaves room for interpretation, the organization/security staff will have the last word.

All of these rules is subject to change at any time.

Keyboards (or any related products, these will be referred as Keyboard from now on)

• Every assistant can bring as many keyboards as they want, as long as they fit in a 45×45 cm space.
• A template will be available to fill with information of the keyboard, such as the specs and a color code that determines in which category it fits, regarding:
  • Type and lift
  • Only type
  • Only to look at
• Depending on the seriousness of the matter, not following this guidelines can result in an expulsion, up to the organization/security team to decide.
• The organization is not responsible for any damaged or stolen good caused during the event, every assistant is responsible of their keyboards and should keep an eye on them.

Behaviour guidelines

• Obscene gestures and acts won’t be allowed towards any assistant.
• Eating and drinking will be forbidden inside the venue, you can come in and out at any time you want, so please go outside to eat/drink. This way we can ensure keyboards are clean and healthy.
• No heavy camera gear in the main room (this includes tripods, lights, and pretty much everything that takes enough space). There will be a zone destined for photography, still, only a reasonable amount of gear will be permitted.
• Any photography/video taken inside the event will follow the RGPD and LOPD. To make things easier, don’t photograph/video people without their consent. The organization is not responsible for any problem caused by this.
• No publicity/spam, or any kind of promotion unless allowed by the ClackyFest association.
• No smoking of any kind allowed inside.
• No pets allowed. If any assistant comes with an assistance dog, please let us know in the email you will find at the top of this document.

Guidelines regarding the event

• Every assistant needs to have their event ID visible, this will be provided by the organization, a lanyard is also included to facilitate this rule.
• Both the organization/security team have the right of admission over any individual without specifying the reason. If this is the case, the ticket will be refunded immediately. The organization won’t be responsble for any other cost related to travel expenses.
• Both the organization/security team can deny access to any assistant that breaks Spain’s laws. Every assistant needs to be identifiable, either by showing their DNI, Passport or driving license. Not following this rules will be punished by deny to access to the event with no right to a refund.
• Both the organization/security team can limit or block access to any part of the venue due to security reasons at any givent time and without explanation needed.
• Assistants under 16 years old need to be accompanied by a legal guardian, Assistants under 12 years old will be able to access the event without the need for a ticket (they still need to be identifiable) and the legal guarding will be responsible of them.
